Regardless of the size or scope of the project, we begin by understanding your needs and the primary objective, and then collect all the project's specifics to structure the work. We first come up with a concept to present the direction and get feedbacks.

We like keeping in touch. For enhanced visibility and cooperation, we arrange the work into agreed-upon milestones depending on priority and project scope. Based on the milestones, we ask for reviews and feedbacks during the work process.

THE FINALE

How can we ensure that the design represents our company?

All of our design projects, whether a whole platform design or a single landing page, begin with a series of basic questions and research to understand your brand. We start with concepts and style previews and ensure that we are all on the same page before moving forward.

What if we do not like the output?

We see design as a collaborative effort. This is why we divide the work into agreed-upon milestones at the start of the project. We communicate progress and expect mid-reviews at each milestone to ensure you are happy with the project's direction and that your feedback is included in the final design.

What can we expect during the work?

We agree on how to arrange the work and set milestones before the project begins. We expect that project stakeholders will attend sync sessions and give comments to ensure that we all find ourselves on the same page. The input and change requests received during the milestone reviews are included in the design and we move forward into the next milestones accordingly.

Will my website/platform design will be responsive?

Absolutely. Having worked side by side with senior frontend developers, we target all breakpoints and interactions to create a consistent experience across multiple screen sizes.

Do you help with content?

Yes. We first ask our clients to provide the planned content so that we can design the product in terms of content sections and sizes. We also assist with website copywriting and UX writing for intuitive and easy to navigate digital products.

How long does it take?

It is determined by your project. We ask your priorities and arrange the work accordingly. Depending on the scope and demands of the project, the project structure may shift from single delivery to sprints. The total effort time is decided and given in our proposal.

How is pricing calculated?

To achieve fair pricing, we do not set standard project fees. We have an hourly charge for a designer, and the pricing is based on the estimated project effort before we begin. We adhere to the defined project effort hours unless there are out-of-scope/unexpected project modifications.

How do I get a proposal?

We meet with potential clients first to introduce ourselves, listen to the project, and grasp the objectives and goals. Following the meeting, we may request a signed NDA and current resources. Finally, in accordance with the project scope and expected effort, we prepare and provide our project proposal. Interested? Contact us!
